Sports after sleeve gastrectomy actually starts in the hospital. We minimize the gas problem caused by laparoscopic surgery with walks and medications. It is not appropriate to do indoor sports (such as fitness, cardio, plates, weight training) for the first 45 days. During this 45-day period, regular walking is recommended both to prevent sagging and to increase the speed of weight loss. Swimming can be started after the 15th day, especially to improve the back posture disorder caused by weight. Swimming on your back is more effective in improving your posture.
